Black Metallers Naetu have announced the addition of drummer Sombre to the bands ranks, after the departure of Trevor Owen in June 2009. The four piece, who have release one full legnth album titled The Burning Lands, are set to rekindle their associatioon with the live scene in the coming months.

So with this addition, we will soon be preparing to perform live ceremonies! It has been a while, so we eagerly await our chance to rip heads from shoulders once again! We have been in discussion with several promoters regarding this matter, so expect news of shows soon!

And on another note! This week NAETU reached a mile stone! On music site ReverbNation.com, we have just reached an international metal rank of 86 from well over 10,000 metal bands registered globally on the site! This is testimony to the hard work we have been putting in behind the scenes to advertise the band, and help make the world aware of AUSTRALIA’s black metal talents! We would also like to attribute this to the help from our storming street teamers, and new friend of ours from Germany, Fabian, who offered to set up the ‘NAETU Legions’ MySpace page. Basically, this is a page he will run to help promote NAETU’s art through out europe, so drop in and give you darkest regards to this page!
